1.  An appointment. - You MUST have an appointment using the book appointment button below .  

     To make an appointment please use the white Book Appointment button below.

     THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS !! 

2.  You MUST call 1 hour prior to your appointment to confirm appointment !!

3.  A state issued picture ID is required for all redemptions.

4.  "ONLY the REGISTERED OWNER" can redeem personal property !  

5.  You MUST BRING Keys to the vehicle recovered.

5.  We MUST have a release from your lienholder or BOL from transporters.

6.  Please bring bags and / or boxes to move / carry your personal property.

7.  You cannot book same day appointments.

8.  NO CHECKS, CREDIT CARDS!

9.  Transporters MUST also CALL & confirm appointment 1 hr. prior to appt.

1.  If you need to cancel an appointment, the easiest way is to cancel using the confirmation link sent

     to you or call at least 1 hour prior to appointment. 

2.  If you have an appointment & don't call to cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour  prior to a  

     confirmed appointment or don't show up for appointment, there will be a $35 no show fee due at 

     your next scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

     If a fee is required, it must be settled at the time of pick up. We DO NOT accept checks or 

     credit cards!
